Here’s the minis of the giant windmills we toured Ilocos Norte last week.
Several nipa cottages were lined up near the beach off Bangui Bay and sells souvenir items like shirts, and these miniature windmills made of wood for 40 pesos apiece for the smaller one and 50 pesos for the bigger one.
