September is near its end already. But, the rains still continue to pound hard at our roof. And it is mighty powerful. We have had too many rainshowers since July. And, the fearful southwest monsoon (Habagat) sends the metropolis underwater last month.
I would love to see Habagat go. The changing of the season should be felt sooner. The palays in the field are turning from vibrant green to warm yellows. More burst of sunshine is needed for the palays to become fully mature and ready for harvesting.
Off you go Habagat. The fields’ too saturated with water. Let the dry winds of Amihan makes its entrance.
