Cousins enjoying the heavy downpour this afternoon. Sometimes, we would let the kids be drenched in rain. To let them experience running around with the rain water gently tickling their skin. It was such a pleasant surprise seeing them gleefully and innocently savoring the moment.

Gives me a feeling of nostalgia. Reminds me of my childhood when me and my brothers were allowed to play in the rain, too. Sans thunder and lightning, of course.

The joys of being a child! As parents,we should allow our kids to experience these things. They might get sick but of course,but a little fever is a small price to pay for we will be kids once in our life.
